Job Description:

As a Squad Member at MOD Pizza, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our customers receive the best service and food in North Rockwall. Your role will be to serve as the face of MOD Pizza while assisting in various operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with patrons consistently.
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items to MOD's high standards of quality and presentation.
- Collaborate closely with your team to maintain a fun and efficient working atmosphere.
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling financial transactions with care.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining, service, and kitchen areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
