Position Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Squad Members to join our team in Roanoke, TX. As a Squad Member, you will be an integral part of our team focused on creating fun and memorable experiences for our customers. Your primary role will be to ensure that every customer receives high-quality service and food.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Accurately take orders and process payments
- Prepare and serve pizzas, salads, and other menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Assist with kitchen and back-of-house duties as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily operational goals

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
