Job Description:
As a Squad Member at MOD PIZZA, you will work collaboratively with a passionate and dedicated team to provide exceptional service and an unforgettable dining experience for our customers. You will play a vital role in our operations by engaging with customers, taking and fulfilling orders, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and ensuring each customer leaves satisfied with their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items in accordance with MOD PIZZA standards.
- Take customer orders accurately, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are met.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with stock management and inventory control as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Uphold MOD PIZZA's values and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

- No prior experience required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
