Job Description
We are seeking an intelligent and friendly individual to join our team as a Controller. Manage and oversee all aspects of project management, including task allocation, deadline management, and KPI reporting.
Conducts thorough audits of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports across various departments within the organization .
Prepare reports, presentations, and other relevant materials as needed to support project initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration.
Conduct regular KPI reporting and analysis, highlighting project performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Assist with payroll processing, bookkeeping, and general accounting tasks, working closely with the finance department to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders involved in construction projects
Assist in the management of rental properties by coordinating leasing, maintenance, tenant onboarding, and departures
Undertake day-to-day operational duties once fully trained
Maintain the head office and warehouse, ensuring their upkeep and functionality
Sort and file incoming mail, flagging any notices requiring urgent attention
Ensure smooth progress of inspections and facilitate their successful completion
Obtain necessary permits from relevant authorities in a timely manner
Determine all the resources needed (equipment, manpower, materials) with attention to budget constraints
Allocate responsibilities to contractors, laborers, and other staffs
Evaluate the construction project progress and prepare reports
Oversee work orders for property updates, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly
Perform audits of the office and warehouse on a weekly basis, ensuring cleanliness and organization
Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, handling correspondence, and ensuring compliance with city regulations.
Manage filing systems, document control, and record maintenance to support accurate and efficient operations.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in roles involving accounting and management administration
Exhibit a kind and nurturing disposition, reminiscent of a caring motherly figure
Excellent verbal communication skills with clear phone articulation
Proficient in written communication, specifically professional and prompt email correspondence
Foster a positive working relationship by embodying a happy and healthy attitude
