    Job Description

    TASKS INCLUDE:

    -       A/R, A/P, and Payroll related tasks

    -       Preparing reports

    -       Preparing government forms

    -       Data entry

    -       Filing

    -       Answering phones

    -       Other duties as assigned

    SKILLS USED INCLUDE:

    -       Schedule tasks to meet deadlines without supervisory input

    -       Proficient with Excel / spreadsheets

    -       Experience with using accounting software

    -       Written / Verbal communication

    -       Attention to detail

    -       10 key by touch

     

    -       Experience in construction industry is beneficial

    -       Ability to quickly learn various job specific tasks

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    -       Sitting / standing / carrying (up to 10lbs often, 30lbs occasionally)

    -       Visual - use of computer monitor, read documents

    -       Manual dexterity - Use of keyboard for entry, grasp and collate paper

    -       Hearing – Use of phone
