We are looking for an energetic and experienced Montessori primary teacher (2.5 to 6 years) to join our school! You will be joining a team of teachers to assess the student's current academic level and design instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs.

You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong interpersonal skills and relationship building, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

Create and follow a comprehensive Montessori curriculum

Teach beginning to advanced language, math, geography, and science skills

Assist children with developing social and emotional skills

Communicate with parents and other school personnel

Assess students’ skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

MACTE certified ECE Montessori Certificate

Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines

Problem solving and mediation skills
