We are seeking an energetic and experienced Montessori Toddler Teacher to join our team! You will assist a class of toddlers, ages 15-30 months, through the school year, assessing their current academic level and designing instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs.

You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum

Use Montessori methods

Assist children with developing social and emotional skills

Show respect and kindness to the toddlers and rest of the school

Communicate with parents and other school personnel

Assess students’ skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Montessori Toddler Certificate (Preferred)

Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines

Problem solving and mediation skills

Optional Continued Education is available through Early Achievers

Pay Range:

$22 to $24 an hour
