    Job Title: Dispatcher We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of our service personnel to various locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in dispatch, excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. Benefits: • Competitive salary • Healthcare • Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company • Positive and supportive work environment Responsibilities: • Coordinate with HVAC technicians to schedule service calls and installations. • Ensure timely dispatch of technicians to customer locations. • Communicate with customers to provide updates on technician arrival times. • Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician schedules, and customer information. • Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during service appointments. • Receive incoming service requests and prioritize them based on urgency • Coordinate and schedule service personnel for different assignments • Monitor the progress of service calls and provide updates to customers • Maintain accurate records of service activities • Communicate effectively with service personnel, customers, and other team members • Handle emergency situations and make quick decisions to resolve issues Qualifications: • US Work Authorization • Customer Service Experience • Dispatching Experience • Technical aptitude to learn new systems • Clear communication skills • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments • Proficient in using dispatch software and other relevant tools • Excellent organizational and time-management skills Compensation: $20-$25 hourly
