Moriarty Bielan & Malloy LLC (MBM) seeks an associate to join its Litigation Department in the firm’s Boston office. We are looking for an individual who is affable and self-motivated. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years’ experience in construction-related litigation, strong written and oral communication skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. MBM’s practice in this area principally focuses on the representation of condominium associations and developers in design and construction defect suits.
MBM is a growing boutique real estate law firm, which represents a wide range of clients in complex real estate disputes, condominium association matters, zoning and land use matters, and construction defect disputes.
MBM offers performance incentives and a generous benefits package to foster a long-term relationship. Performance incentives include client generation and billable hours bonuses as well as a discretionary year-end bonus.
