🚧 Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Technician

📍 Orlando, FL 🕒 Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts | Overtime Available

Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Technicians are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic control devices to ensure safety and compliance with approved MOT plans and FDOT standards.

Responsibilities:

Install and remove cones, signs, barrels, barricades, and other traffic control devices

Set up work zones per MOT plans and safety regulations

Drive company work trucks (e.g., Silverado)

Monitor and adjust traffic control setups as needed

Communicate with supervisors and field teams

Requirements:

Valid U.S. work authorization

Clean driving record & minimum 2 years valid driver’s license

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors

English required

MOT experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

Starting at $17.00/hour
