The Mowing/Lawn Care Specialist will be responsible for executing high-quality lawn care services, ensuring our clients' outdoor spaces are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained.
Thomas Lawn & Landscape is an established, full service commercial and residential landscape company located on the northwest side of Indianapolis. We offer full time, YEAR ROUND employment. Key responsibilities include:
- Perform lawn mowing with precision and care, ensuring an even and professional finish.
- Carry out regular lawn maintenance tasks, including trimming, edging, and debris removal to uphold a clean and tidy appearance.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently, and ensure all tools are in good working order.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their lawn care needs and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and team members.
Required job qualifications include:
- Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Verifiable previous experience in lawn care is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of lawn care equipment and maintenance techniques.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
