    The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for delivering a world class customer service and sales experience to all guests. We believe in the courage, the heart, and the soul of a community. The Front Desk Attendant position has a strong focus on behaviors that lead to an outstanding guest experience, community engagement, and achievement of sales revenue goals.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Guest & Member Experience

    Effectively engages with guests and members to deliver a world class experience each time they step into our facility.

    Ensures all new guests and members feel welcomed to be a part of the community.

    Aids in member retention activities in order to drive the guest experience.

    Gives friendly greeting to each guest and promptly attends to their needs.

    Provides a clean facility for guests and members to enjoy their workouts.

    Assists in class set up/tear down as needed.

    Executes daily operational activities including but not limited to cleaning, laundry, retail stocking etc.

    Member Acquisition

    Understands and communicates program offerings to guests.

    Demonstrates the ability to inspire guests to take the next step in their fitness journey by becoming involved in a MOXI3 program.

    Qualifications

    1 Year of Customer Service experience

    Ability to work early mornings and late evenings.

    Must be available to work weekends

    Ability to communicate effectively on the phone.

    Able to work in a loud environment.

    Ability to lift and move pieces of fitness equipment
