MPL Insurance Producer – Remote | $60K–$100K Base + Commission

We are hiring a motivated Producer who can build relationships, close deals, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward startup environment. You will not only grow a book of business but have a voice in shaping the future of the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and grow a book of MPL business targeting physicians, medical groups, and allied health professionals across the country
• Utilize a proprietary AI quoting platform to deliver fast, accurate proposals that give you a competitive edge
• Build strategic partnerships and cultivate long-term client relationships
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and key client meetings (limited travel)
• Work closely with leadership to refine go-to-market strategy and sales execution

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience, ideally in Medical Malpractice or related specialty commercial lines
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and closing business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Insurance license required

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $60,000 to $100,000 depending on experience
• Uncapped commission on both new and renewal business
• 100% employer-paid benefits including health, dental, and vision
