Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF THE QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR:

• Inspect parts to conform to customer specifications
• Inspect parts using: CMM, Comparator, Caliper, Surface Plate, bore gage, drop indicator, Sunnen bore gage, Mueller Groove Gage, Thread Gages, OD Micrometer, Pitch Mic, Depth Mic, Pressure Mic, Pin Mic, Dial Indicator, Profolometer  
• Inspect In-process, set-up, and perform a final inspection

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR:

• Good interpersonal communication
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong gauge and inspection skills
