    SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT – REPUTATION INTELLIGENCE SOLUTIONS LEAD, CORPORATE REPUTATION

    The Senior Vice President – Reputation Intelligence Solutions Lead is responsible for sales and marketing of our digital intelligence suite of tools and services, as well as the continued evolution of these tools and services to better serve client needs. The SVP will collaborate with existing clients and the Ipsos Client Organization leadership to understand key business issues/needs and then make actionable recommendations on optimal design, execution and analysis of a reputation monitoring solution utilizing our digital suite of tools.

     

    POSITION SUMMARY

    · Develop and Implement Product Strategy: Develop a strategy that clearly demonstrates the value proposition of our integrated suite of reputation measurement tools to drive sustainable growth.

    · Drive Product and Feature Enhancements: Identify opportunities for product enhancements to deliver greater value to clients and drive adoption of integrated solutions, and work with our innovation teams to develop and launch these innovations.

    · Sales and Marketing Leadership: Develops and manages a pipeline of business opportunities both internally in coordination with the Ipsos Client Organization, and externally with direct end-clients. Works collaboratively with the broader Corporate Reputation team as well as our digital intelligence programming team to align our tools and solutions to client needs and to implement a go-to-market strategy. Develops marketing materials and produces thought leadership to and proactively pursue client leads, promote our solutions, and drive opportunities.

    · Getting into the Client’s Business: Develops an understanding of our clients’ business issues and the industries in which they operate. Demonstrates an ability to lead strategic conversations with current clients. Able to integrate digital intelligence solutions with key client accounts.

    · Oversight of Client Reporting and Deliverables. Provides direct input to guide the development of digital intelligence tools and reports that are more insightful and tailored to answer critical client needs.

    · Executive-Level Consulting: Provides actionable insights and implications from our comprehensive reputation programs (digital plus survey) to C-Level clients.

     

    IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    · Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in a related major such as business management, marketing or communications, with 15+ years’ experience in research sales, digital intelligence, and/or consulting.

    · Interest in working with companies to improve their reputation and help them navigate crises.

    · Product development and lifecycle management experience.

    · Experience utilizing disparate data sources to form concise and actionable insights and implications.

    · Ability to provide recommendations and actionable guidance via reports, through dashboards, and in meetings to C-Level audiences.

    · Experience overseeing and providing recommendations into the development of dashboards and related reporting.

    · Proactive nature – a desire to network, develop and pursue leads, fostering long-term personal success and business growth.

    · Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    · Highly organized regarding pipeline and sales outreach and opportunities.

    · Thrives in a team environment.

    · Leads and mentors staff for seamless client delivery.

    · Partners with clients to foster account growth.

    · Strong curiosity – you don’t like leaving questions unanswered, and no one needs to tell you to go look for new information that will help you better meet our clients’ needs.

    · Strong working proficiency with MS Office (specifically MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel).

    · Excellent written & verbal communication skills – the potential to tell killer stories.
