1+ years of experience supporting installation of Windows 10, Mac Operating systems in a corporate environment. 1+ years of experience in Software Installation and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Antivirus Mcafee, Crowdstrike, Cisco VPN, Adobe Acrobat, VCN, Google, Microsoft Edge.
1+ years of experience in Hardware installation and troubleshooting Laser printers, Zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting Computers, Scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
1+ years of experience with concept basic such as DNS, DHCP, PING, TCP/IP, Domain, IP Address.
1+ year experience with Cisco Networking and Wireless connection on computers, laptops, handheld scanners, Printers and Installation and troubleshooting, Data cabling Cat5e, Cat6, Patch Panel, Network Port Activation.
