JOB OVERVIEW: Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role will be responsible for delivering insights to senior executives regarding Rocket’s OEM revenue channel.  This highly visible role will interface with leaders in sales, R&D, and other operational functions to turn data into insights and communicate them effectively with all levels of the organization.

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect information from disparate sources to develop a data repository to be leveraged for analysis
• Analyzing trends using historical data, provide insights to better understand revenue performance
• Develop KPIs and models to forecast future revenue
• Build and maintain on-going executive reporting dashboard
• Present analysis to management & executive team
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed

Required Skills Required Experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Finance or analytical function
• Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities with a high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
• Enterprise software industry experience highly desired
• Strong verbal & written communication skills, comfortable presenting to and interacting with C-level executives
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and unstructured, disparate data
• High level of Excel knowledge with the ability to use pivot tables and manipulate large data sets
• Superior financial modeling skills
• Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Intellectual curiosity & strategic mindset

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Enterprise software industry or management consulting experience
• Master’s degree in Finance or Business
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Essbase, Smart View, OBIEE, APEX
