Provide program and project management support for a portfolio of awarded IDIQ contract vehicles to ensure compliance, contract utilization and business development success.
*Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential functions)
- Supports program management office responsible for a portfolio of awarded IDIQ contract vehicles as either a Prime contract holder or a Subcontractor. *
- Responsible for compliance with contract requirements. *
- In collaboration with capture managers, proposal writers and operational managers develop RFI, market research, sources sought, and RFQ responses. *
- Schedules briefings and meetings and manages program files. *
- Serves as liaison between departments as well as with outside customers and teaming partners
- Reports to senior level Program Managers, Directors, Operational VPs and Executive Leadership.
- Support and build IDIQ pipeline
- Monitor, research, and analyze competitive landscape and market trends to create competitive advantages for contract award

Required Skills
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of related experience
- Strong proficiency of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages
- Knowledge of Government contracting including an understanding of various contract vehicle types (IDIQs, GWACs and GSA Schedules)
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required

- Contract Management Experience
- Shipley Certification
- PMP Certification
- Knowledge of Government market intelligence sites
