TracFone Wireless, Inc. is currently seeking an individual who will provide support, coordination of daily schedule and planning to Dir. Of Ops. Responsibilities include but limited to performing a variety office task, managing and tracking campaign deployments as well as monitoring progress of various channels including Mobile advertising. Compile and prepare weekly, monthly reporting for the department. Assist in the organization and preparing of documentation for ongoing projects. Providing assistance in migration of existing campaign to new platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• DAILY SUPPORT:   Assisting in daily office tasks, routing invoices, providing support for projects and presentations. Preparing PowerPoint presentations for internal communications including all Pega related documentations i.g. Training manuals, Power point presentations for end users and UAT documentation as well assisting with UI mockups.  
• MOBILE ADVERTISING PLATFORM. Responsible for providing support to Mobile advertising Platform. Assisting in loading campaigns and monitoring of Wap portal sites and verification of partners traffic submissions.
• REPORTING: Provide delivery and performance reporting updates throughout the course of the production process and at the completions of all campaigns. Update and prepare spreadsheets and report weekly and monthly.

Required Skills Required Experience

• Undergraduate Student with major/minor in marketing, communications or business.
• Passion for Marketing, Digital, Online Shopping.
• Adept at learning and applying new technologies.
• Aptitude for metrics, analytics and digital tools. 
• Must have experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be very detail orientated.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
