What you can expect from the Delivery Technician Role: ****

• Deliver specified medical equipment from the local warehouse to the client or facility on a timely basis.
• Pick up equipment from client's homes and bring it back to the local warehouse using proper equipment maintenance procedures.
• Instruct the client on the use of the basic equipment delivered.
• Complete all paperwork accurately.
• Maintains company vehicle - neat and orderly.
• Follows delivery, pick-up, and safety procedures as required.

What you need to succeed:

To be successful as a Delivery Technician with Numotion you’ll need to have the ability to develop strong relationships with new and existing clients and exhibitexemplary customer service skills. You are someone who enjoys a challenge and is able to juggle several responsibilities at once – time management in this role is vital. Additionally, you’ll need to be highly self-motivated as you’ll work independently and receive minimal supervision throughout the day.

• High School diploma/GED required.
• One year of previous related driving experience is preferred.
• Must possess a valid State Driver’s License, and acceptable driving record required.
• Knowledge of basic computer-related skills such as using the internet, and e-mail software.
• Possesses the ability to read and interpret street and road maps.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
• Able to think quickly, assess a situation, and make a sound decision.
• Listens well and retains instructions; accepts constructive feedback from supervisor.
• A track record of being consistent with attendance and prompt arrival at work and meetings.
• Ability to prepare and follow a delivery schedule.
• Ability to follow standard safety procedures and regulations.

1. Ability to carry/lift up to 75 lbs.
2. Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves heavy manual labor.
3. Ability to maintain alertness and acuity that is not typically impaired by any medication, diet, or physical condition.
4. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, sit and maneuver in confined spaces.
5. Ability to wear respirators in environments that may expose you to chemicals, fumes, etc.
6. Ability to maintain workloads that may include travel to a variety of states for days or weeks, and daily timeframes that could exceed the typical 8-hour shift.
