- Assist in the productive operation of assigned machinery
- Read and follow requirements on work orders
- Accurate completion of production paperwork
- Follow established Quality guidelines
- Rotation assignment at the work center
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment
- Understand and Follow Company Safety guidelines
- Requesting supplies as needed to maintain a continuous process
- Involvement in Continuous Improvement Projects
- Other responsibilities as required for smooth operation of shift & department as a whole
Required Skills
Required Experience
- Must be able to read, write and do basic math
- Good communication & cooperation with coworkers and supervisors.
- Proven ability to maintain acceptable production rates.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Receptiveness to overtime required in department
- Receptiveness to cross training and rotational assignments
- Acceptable attendance record
- Experience with indicated machinery a plus
- Proven paperwork accuracy
