     CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING AND SELECTION: THIS POSITION IS FOR THE AFNWC ICBM DIRECTORATE ISC 2.0 PROJECT WHICH IS EXPECTED TO BE AWARDED FALL 2021.

     

    • Provide senior level environmental engineering services and may technical leadership to engineering team

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • Minimum of a SECRET clearance; may require TOP SECRET

    • Senior Level:

      • 3+ yrs of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership
      • BS Degree in Biological, Chemical, Environmental or Civil Engineering AND 10+ years of related engineering experience /OR/ • BS Degree in an engineering discipline AND MS Degree in Biological, Chemical, Environmental or Civil Engineering + 7 years of related engineering experience /OR/ • BS and/or MS Degree in an engineering discipline AND PhD Degree in Biological, Chemical, Environmental or Civil Engineering + 4 years of related engineering experience
    • Skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within the level/tier and those reasonably derived from preceding levels.

    • Positions may be filled at any of the levels indicated; position requirements are ultimately subject to internal and contract requirements.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Directly related ICBM experience

    • TS clearance desired

    • Systems Engineering Experience and/or Certification

    • Professional Engineering License desired

  • Qualifications

     PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to move up to 50 Lbs., with or without accommodation.
    • Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves physical manual labor.
    • Ability to maintain alertness and fitness for duty.
    • Ability to position oneself for work conducted in and around confined spaces. Work at heights.
    • Ability to wear respirators in environments that may expose you to chemicals, fumes, etc.
    • Ability to maintain workloads that may include travel to a variety of states for days or weeks, and daily timeframes that could exceed the typical 8-hour shift.
