We are a DOOR-TO-DOOR SOLAR SALES COMPANY, servicing residential solar provider customers throughout California. We value hard work and reward our employees handsomely. We are looking to build out a sales team especially for the summer months (with the option to stay longer). Fewer companies provide a HIGHER PAYING OPPORTUNITY than this one. We take an employee and customer first approach with the goal of providing the best experience possible in the industry. Our mission is to help our customers take control of their energy costs by switching to cheaper, cleaner renewable power with solar energy with no upfront cost and immediate savings. We were founded a few years ago by Brandon Andra who is actively involved in the business and take a hands on approach to training everyone who joins the team.

OVERVIEW

We are seeking candidates with a student mentality, who are willing to work hard, and have a great attitude -- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. The solar industry is relatively new and we understand that. WE WANT TO TRAIN YOU!

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain INTRAPERSONAL SKILLS as well as hard hard to EARN A VERY HEALTHY INCOME. We have a proven process that consistently works and creates successful solar consultants and we will spend time working with you to develop your skills. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who likes working with people, is passionate about helping others, and wants to earn a very healthy income. You will be sourcing and meeting with prospective customers and explaining to what equipment we would install on their home, how solar energy can benefit them, what incentives they would qualify for, and finally showing them how they can achieve all of this with $0 out of pocket and save money right away. We view the sales process in solar to be educational and realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch so we focus on making sure our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem too good to be true.
