    MR. AIR NYC prides ourselves on our reputation for top quality installation within a timeline and budget. We are looking for a Sales representative that is willing to learn and has some experience to be a part of our team and continued growth.

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLE:

    Responsibilities:

    Meet customers in their homes to educate them on various HVAC options and designs.

    Monitor and facilitate effective customer interactions and sales activities.

    Provide accurate and timely quotes to clients.

    Provide expert advice on HVAC systems, including equipment selections, sizing, and installation.

    Follow up with customers to address questions and guide them through the decision-making process.

    Communicate project details to installers to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

    Stay informed about product trends and monitor product performance results.

    Travel locally to meet with clients and conduct site visits.

    Maintain customer information updated in the CRM program.

    Perform other tasks as assigned.

    Qualification:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

    High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.

    Punctual, Responsible and Responsive.

    Self-motivated and able to handle rapidly changing priorities and several tasks.

    Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    2 years of customer service experience.

    1 year of homeowner sales experience.

    Valid driver license is preferred.

    Sales experience preferred, HVAC experience not necessary

    Salary: Opportunity to Earn 6 Figure Income - All Pay is Commission & Bonus Based
