    MR. AIR NYC is a HVAC design and installation company. We specialize in Mini split heat pump, water source heat pump and VRF for residential and commercial properties. Our dedication to the product's knowledge and customers relationship building is a source of continuing pride and success.

    MR. AIR NYC prides ourselves on our reputation for top quality installation within a timeline and budget. We are looking for a Marketing Intern that is immediate available and is willing to learn to be a part of our team and continued growth.

    MARKETING INTERN ROLE:

    Responsibilities:

    Design and create advertisements, ensuring they effectively convey the company’s message and services to a wide range.

    Engage with businesses through email communications, which may include reaching out for collaborations, partnerships, or responding to inquiries.

    Manage the company’s instagram account by posting engaging content, responding to comments.

    Update and edit the company’s website to ensure that it accurately represents the company’s services, promotions, and any other relevant information.

    Create informative and engaging blog posts on topics related to HVAC services, energy efficiency, maintenance tips, and other subjects that provide value to the company’s audience.

    Create visually appealing graphics and images for use in online and offline marketing materials.

    Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems

    Perform other responsibilities as assigned

    Qualification:

    Complete an online application through NYSERDA’s web portal and get approval (https://www.nyserda.ny.gov/All-Programs/Programs/Clean-Energy-Workforce-Development/NYS-Clean-Energy-Internships/Prospective-Interns)

    Punctual, Responsible and Responsive

    Excellent writing ability across channels (email, social, website, etc.)

    Creative thinker actively able to come up with ideas for original contents

    Familiarity with social media platforms.

    Familiarity with website editing platforms, including Wix. and the ability to make basic updates and edits to maintain the company's website content.

    High-energy individual with a strong work ethic

    Self-motivated and able to handle rapidly changing priorities and several tasks

    Communicate effectively with clients and co-workers

    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
