    COMPANY NAME: VES Environmental Services

    JOB TITLE: NetSuite Administrator

    LOCATION: Chippewa Falls, WI

    The NetSuite Administrator owns both the administration of NetSuite as an effective ERP tool for VES Environmental Services as well as the operational optimization of NetSuite as a tool to drive data transparency and lean process. This person will be jockeying between Finance and Operations and needs to have an extensive understanding of NetSuite's key financial and operational processes. The ideal candidate has implemented full-cycle implementations in a manufacturing or distribution setting.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Review current state VES business and implement Reports and Metrics to drive transparency to capturable data
    • Working with the IT and other business groups to design/support changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into infrastructure if needed
    • Work with finance to develop monthly and ongoing data results reporting as appropriate
    • Internal audit procedures to validate system results
    • Work alongside the business to implement process improvements with systematic solutions
    • Train end users on how to effectively use NetSuite features and applications
    • Develop customized saved searches for shared business user usage and to support integration needs
    • Be able to understand, articulate, and document needed customizations reports and capabilities
    • Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience serving in an administrator/analyst role for ERP system required. Experience with NetSuite applications/services preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science or related field required
    • Prior work experience in a consulting company dedicated to delivering NetSuite implementations is a bonus
    • Must possess strong working knowledge of Financial Statements
    • Knowledgeable in relational database architecture and methods including hands-on experience in developing SQL queries desired
    • Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm
    • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills and customer relationship management skills
    • Solid understanding of business and information technology processes
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
