Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Analysis Project Lead to drive data-driven initiatives across Quality Engineering (QE), Manufacturing Engineering (ME), and Material Review Board (MRB) processes. The ideal candidate will lead analytical projects, ensure data integrity, and champion process improvements through actionable data insights.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience with MRB processes, defect analysis, and quality systems.

• Proven track record in data analysis, project management, and quality engineering within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, Python, R).

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Skilled in ERP/MRP systems; experience with Solumina is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or other ASQ certifications preferred.

• Lead Auditor certification (AS9100 or ISO 9001).

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
