Summary of Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Manufacturing and Process Planning for flight control systems, including horizontal stabilizer control systems, rotary thrust-vector control systems, rudder systems, and actuators.

• Conduct preliminary reviews of product defects and lead root cause analysis, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and ensure product manufacturability.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, assembly, welding, and fabrication.

• Proficient in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma tools, and process optimization methodologies.

• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Solumina.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).

• Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards such as AS9100, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485.
