Summary of Qualifications
10–15 years of experience in Manufacturing and Process Planning for flight control systems, including horizontal stabilizer control systems, rotary thrust-vector control systems, rudder systems, and actuators.
Conduct preliminary reviews of product defects and lead root cause analysis, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and ensure product manufacturability.
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, assembly, welding, and fabrication.
Proficient in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma tools, and process optimization methodologies.
Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Solumina.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards such as AS9100, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485.
