Due to the growth, we are experiencing in our markets, we are excited to be adding to our sales team with a Territory Sales Rep in the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth region!

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Are you a high achiever with a passion for sales, a knack for project management, and the drive to generate leads in numerous ways? Do you value honesty and integrity as much as we do? MRC Roofing & Construction is seeking a dynamic Project Manager/Sales Representative to help us reach new heights. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through door-to-door engagement, closing deals, and overseeing projects from start to finish.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven history of high-performance achievement.

• Strong commitment to honesty and integrity.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a task-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with technology and software tools.
• Experience in cold-calling and pioneering new territories is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in door-to-door lead generation is a strong advantage.

COMPENSATION PLAN:
As a 1099, first-year minimum earning a package of $50k+/year based on your drive and ability to perform!
