Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The position will handle but is not limited to the following: High volume calendars, phones, scheduling, coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, event planning, deliveries, drop off and pick up of family members, facilitate care of children and coordination of secretarial and domestic work and staff.
