Part-Time MRI Technologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time MRI Technologist to join our team. As an MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures

• Prepare patients for MRI procedures, ensuring they understand the process and are comfortable during the exam

• Position patients correctly to obtain optimal images, and adjust equipment as needed

• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging results

• Maintain patient records and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines

• Work flexible hours, including Thursdays, Fridays, and occasional Saturdays

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) or Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRIT)

• Experience working in an MRI environment, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
