    About the Role

    Our top-tier healthcare client is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic MRI Technologist to join their diagnostic imaging team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality MRI procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining excellence in imaging standards and equipment operation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform all MRI procedures with precision and care, following established protocols
    • Operate and maintain MRI systems and related equipment, including monitoring and biopsy tools
    • Ensure accurate use of Radiology Information Systems (RIS) for scheduling, tracking, and documentation
    • Deliver compassionate care to patients across all age groups—pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric
    • Assess situations, consider alternatives, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
    • Uphold quality control standards and contribute to a culture of excellence and accountability

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience:

    • Graduate of an accredited Radiology program
    • Prior experience in an outpatient MRI setting preferred

    Licensure & Certifications:

    • Must obtain one of the following within 6 months of hire:

      • ARRT (MR) certification
      • ARMRIT certification
    • Current CPR certification (or must obtain during orientation)

    • Preferred: Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) Certification from the Texas Department of Health
