About the Role
We are hiring an experienced MRI Technologist to join a modern, well-supported diagnostic imaging department. This role involves performing high-quality MRI exams, operating advanced MRI equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining accurate imaging and documentation in PACS. Ideal for candidates with strong anatomical knowledge and ARRT credentials.
Responsibilities
Perform MRI procedures based on protocol and physician orders
Ensure strict MRI safety for patients, staff, and equipment
Produce high-quality diagnostic images with strong attention to cross-sectional anatomy
Review patient history and clarify clinical details as needed
Accurately process and document images in PACS/EMR
Provide exceptional communication and patient care during exams
Maintain MRI suite cleanliness, readiness, and equipment functionality
Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent in Radiologic Technology
1+ year of MRI Technologist experience required (3+ years preferred)
ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR) certifications
Florida Registered Radiologic Technologist license
BLS certification
