    Job Description

    We are working with one of the fastest-growing residential and commercial solar integrators and installers in California. They take quality and customer service seriously and back it up with an industry-leading, 25-year warranty and performance guarantee.

    As they continue to grow, we have been asked to help identify a new Head of Sales for their residential business delivering solar and solar + storage solutions to residential customers.  The Head of Sales will oversee the inside and outside sales organizations and be responsible for the profitable growth of the business.  They are operating all across CA with a desire to continue expanding into new markets. The Head of Sales will report directly to the CEO and be tasked with scaling, leading, and mentoring the sales organization to drive profitable growth. 

     

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

    • At least 3-5 years of sales leadership experience in residential solar
    • Understand how to sell value and not price
    • Proven experience driving profitable revenue and market share growth
    • Experience building and training sales organizations
