    To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

    · Maintain accurate inventory levels and report as required.

    · Maintain minimum and maximum levels using MLS system database.

    · Receive incoming stock items and address any receipt discrepancies, submit accurate receivers to Finance for payment.

    · Assist Area MRO Buyer in tracking purchasing savings.

    · Support accounting in any invoice/payment resolution.

    · Order and track stock items by processing appropriate documents for authorization, signatures and faxing or e-mailing to suppliers.

    · Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.

    This full-time, salary, role is a part of our maintenance team and reports to the maintenance manager.

    Required experience:

    · High School Diploma or equivalent.

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

    · Knowledge of purchasing procedures.

    · Root cause / problem solving ability.

    · Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

    · Must be able to work 2nd shift when needed.

  • Qualifications
    • Minimum 3-5 years’ prepress experience in a commercial/digital printing environment is necessary.
    • This position will work Monday - Friday, 5PM to 1AM. Hours may change to meet production needs.
    • Must be available to work overtime including, Saturday and Sunday.
    • Other duties will include proof assembly, plate making and other duties assigned to meet production needs.

    Preferred Candidate will have;

    • Experience with Kodak Prinergy Connect and Kodak

    • Preps Imposition software.

    • Strong skills in color correcting and retouching.

    • Ability to assist and solve color issues on press.

    • Fusion Pro/Variable data software experience.

    • Graphic design experience.

    • Color Management experience.

    • This job requires the ability to exert 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
