Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in Microsoft 365 migration projects.

Hands-on expertise with Exchange Online & Hybrid setup.

Proficiency in Entra ID (Azure AD) and SSO implementation.

Experience deploying and managing Microsoft Intune.

Familiarity with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams governance.

Experience with Defender for Office 365 security tools.

Ability to conduct technical workshops and migration planning.

Must be a Microsoft-certified partner, eligible for the $50,000 transition voucher.

Preferred:

Experience in public sector or government Microsoft 365 deployments.

Successful delivery of enterprise-scale M365 rollouts (e.g., for 5,000+ users).

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate"

Strong ability to manage user adoption and change management.

Skilled in preparing as-built documentation, SOPs, and migration runbooks.

Experience in providing readiness training and internal IT support.

Familiarity with Microsoft’s transition voucher process and funding programs.
