Microsoft 365 Migration Consultant or Cloud Solutions Architect**

Minimum Qualifications:**
- Experience in Microsoft 365 migration projects.
- Hands-on expertise with Exchange Online & Hybrid setup.
- Proficiency in Entra ID (Azure AD) and SSO implementation.
- Experience deploying and managing Microsoft Intune.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams governance.
- Experience with Defender for Office 365 security tools.
- Ability to conduct technical workshops and migration planning.
- Must be a Microsoft-certified partner, eligible for the $50,000 transition voucher.
Preferred:
- Experience in public sector or government Microsoft 365 deployments.
- Successful delivery of enterprise-scale M365 rollouts (e.g., for 5,000+ users).
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate"
- Strong ability to manage user adoption and change management.
- Skilled in preparing as-built documentation, SOPs, and migration runbooks.
- Experience in providing readiness training and internal IT support.
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s transition voucher process and funding programs.

Microsoft 365 deployment expertise including:
- Exchange Online & Hybrid
- Entra ID (Azure AD) and Entra Connect Sync
- Defender for Office 365
- Microsoft Intune
- SharePoint Online & OneDrive
