    Job Description

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Sandisk’s People Experience (PX) Internship Program gives graduate students hands‑on experience solving real organizational challenges across multiple PX disciplines. As an intern, you’ll work on high‑impact projects that drive employee experience, operational scalability, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll partner with PX leaders across Talent Attraction, Talent Management Solutions, Data & Systems, Leadership Support, Employee Relations, and Benefits.

    This program is designed for students who want to build a career as Business Partner, PX Leader, or PX specialist in a dynamic global technology organization.

    Potential Assignment Areas

    Interns will be placed based on business need, prior experience, and interest.

    1. Talent Attraction – Recruiting

    Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, support sourcing strategies, optimize candidate experience, and assist with talent market insights.

    2. Talent Attraction – Talent Management Solutions

    Streamline processes, support TA system enhancements, create documentation, improve workflows, and analyze funnel data.

    3. Data, Reporting & Systems

    Build dashboards, support PX Information Systems initiatives, perform data audits, automate reporting, and contribute to systems testing or implementation projects.

    4. Leadership Support (PXLT)

    Support PX leadership with strategic planning, cross-functional project management, executive communications, and business review preparation.

    5. Employee Relations

    Global ER Projects, assist with investigations, data visualization & insights, case documentation, research, and policy review.

    6. Benefits

    Support benefits administration projects, vendor management, compliance research, employee communications, and process updates.

    What You’ll Work On

    Projects may include:

    • PX Information Systems implementation support (project plans, testing, communications)
    • Survey data analysis and recommendations
    • Labor law or labor relations research
    • EHS and workplace investigation support
    • Cross‑functional PX project/program management
    • Talent market insights, sourcing analytics, and recruiting strategy
    • Employee experience mapping and solution design
    • Organizational development and change management deliverables

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    We’re looking for self-starters who thrive in environments where they can roll up their sleeves , explore ambiguity, and build solutions with a strong employee‑experience mindset.

    Required:

    • Currently pursuing an MS/MBA in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Leadership, or related degree graduating in 2027
    • Prior experience in a corporate, startup, hypergrowth, or scale environment
    • Strong analytical skills : Excel (intermediate to advanced), data manipulation, modeling
    • Strong communication skills , both written and verbal (PowerPoint proficiency required)
    • Experience handling confidential information with discretion
    • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Cross-functional project management experience or coursework
    • Strong organizational savvy and ability to navigate ambiguity

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with PX systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar)
    • Exposure to PX Information Systems implementation, testing, requirements gathering, or rollouts
    • Data visualization experience (Power BI, Tableau)
    • Working knowledge of Python or SQL
    • Familiarity with labor law, labor relations, or workplace investigation processes
    • Exposure to compensation, talent analytics, or people data
    • Experience in multinational corporate environments (nice to have)
    • Interest in pursuing a long-term Business Partner or PX Leadership role
