Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse • Create automated workflows to improve business efficiency and replace manual processes • Build and optimize Dataverse tables, business rules, relationships, and logic • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, SQL Server, REST APIs, and third‑party systems • Develop custom connectors, data models, and forms for enterprise applications • Troubleshoot application issues, workflow failures, and performance problems • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions • Maintain documentation including design specifications, diagrams, and user guides • Follow best practices for environment strategy, security, ALM, and governance • Work with security roles, DLP policies, and administrative processes to ensure solution compliance

Required Skills & Experience: • Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven) and Power Automate • Experience working with Dataverse, data modeling, and business logic • Ability to build workflows, connectors, forms, and custom components • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) integrations • Strong SQL skills and experience integrating with databases • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and modern integration practices • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
