    Are you a reliable and trustworthy pool maintenance technician looking for a new opportunity? You might be a great fit to join our customer-focused team. We need a problem-solving pool maintenance technician to repair, maintain, clean and treat pools for a variety of clients in our community. Responsibilities include using our company vehicle to visit clients and troubleshoot, repair, and replace faulty pool equipment. You’ll also test pH levels, treat water with chemicals, and survey the pool structure to identify leaks. The ideal candidate can interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, has previous experience as a pool maintenance technician, and is proficient in swimming pool chemicals and their properties. Responsibilities: • Review results of water’s pH levels and add or maintain chemicals if necessary • Instruct clients on best practices for maintaining their pool • Keep record of all paperwork and services performed • Remove and install new underwater lights • Cleanse swimming pools and water filters using certified pool equipment • Skim debris from the water's surface, brush the sides and bottom of the pool, and vacuum dirt and debris from the pool floor • Inspect pool equipment, such as pumps and filters, and report any issues to the supervisor • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backwashing filters and cleaning skimmer baskets Qualifications: • Previous experience as a pool technician and understanding of common pool maintenance techniques, chemicals, and equipment • Must have a valid driver’s license • High school diploma or GED required • Must be able to work in harsh weather conditions • Must be able to lift heavy equipment and dexterity Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
