    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2+ years of phone sales experience a MUST
    • 2+ years of over the phone sales experience a PLUS​
    • Must be reliable and punctual
    • Be positive and have a driven attitude
    • Have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Have EXCELLENT written and phone communication skills
    • Have knowledge of the Microsoft office suite

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle 75+ inbound and outbound calls
    • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction
    • Maintain compliance per regulations
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
    • Work 9 am-6 pm Monday-Friday schedule
