Job Description

MSI Credit Solutions is seeking a bilingual Social Media /Web developer/ SEO / SEM Specialist in charge of developing strategic and tactical execution of our digital marketing campaigns – including LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, and Google. Daily you will be working with management and our social media team on strategic goal optimization of various campaigns and you will be responsible for tracking of digital media KPI’s across all channels and working relentlessly to meet those goals by driving optimization strategies.

• Full-time, Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm
• This position is not remote

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of social media experience
• Experience with Word Press, S.E.O, S.E.M
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Have knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
• Strong computer and typing skills (50 WPM)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Be positive, passionate, self motivated, and have a driven attitude
• Experience with CRM systems and best practices

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing the day-to-day social media execution of promotional and brand campaigns
• Bringing social and influencer trends to the team in brainstorming sessions
• Process client results and update client files in a timely manner
• Keep record of customer interactions and file documents within CRM system
• Engaging actively with consumer comments, messages and product reviews
• Helping develop organic social posts and engaging on these posts
• Moderating the social media channels and engaging with customers when needed
• Helping pulling and reviewing metric reports for the social media accounts
• Creating opportunities to better the relationship with new and existing influencers
• Mitigating/escalating issues as needed to management
• Handle email inquiries, phone calls, following up on leads
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
