    MSL is currently seeking as Account Executive for our P&G practice in our New York office (remote for now). As an integral member of the team, this Account Executive will be responsible for the development and execution of digital, social and PR plans - leading day-to-day account activities for iconic P&G brands we bet you have at home.

Details are important, and you should be able to support the development of and oversee budgets and have on point project management skills. You’ll be comfortable delegating work and direction to junior team members, working with your senior leaders to drive work forward and presenting to clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Help lead monthly content planning, ensuring an always-on presence. Provide creative input to organic social content calendar (strategy and execution) & coordinate approvals with the Brand Team (as needed)
    • Listen to what our social communities have to say and provide the right response consistently and in a timely manner. Publish proactive and reactive social media responses, including 1:1 replies with consumers. This includes issues/crisis management and giving people a great brand interaction for positive comments
    • Be the consumer insights expert related to what resonates with our consumer in the social media space.
    • Stay on top of defined analytics and key performance indicators, and generate comprehensive social reports - based on KPIs as well as conversations, feedback, sentiment – that enabled optimization
    • Bring the brand team recommendations on how we can further improve our social presence to make our brand a standout leader in the organic social space
    • Support the team in executing influencer, social and PR plans and day-to-day client activities for well-known cause-led CPG brands, including contributing to client calls, developing call agendas and reports, and project timelines
    • Help execute influencer programs including the identification of influencers, development of briefs, writing of social captions and visual direction
    • Support negotiations and contracts for influencers
    • Stay on top of what is happening in culture and on social and contribute to creative ideation and program development
    • Support financial process for client programs including supporting management of budget trackers, billing and invoicing/vendor payments for programs
    • Compile monthly and quarterly client reports, and support other administrative items as needed

    REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

    • BA/BS Degree in a related field
    • 1+ years experience in social media, influencer, and/or PR; - experience working on CPG products, consumer health, personal care and sustainability is a plus
    • Creative thinker, with a great sense of humor and has a pulse on what’s happening in culture; shares a passion for bringing forward-looking ideas to the team and client
    • Flexibility/versatility to tackle different tasks throughout the day and pivot with little or no warning based on client needs
    • Excellent writing skills are essential to this position, as well as great attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking and proactivity
    • Strong verbal communication skills and professionalism
    • Knowledge of social media tools such as Cision or Sprinklr is a plusSeniority Level

    Compensation Range: $46,500-$68,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
