We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Level II Technician to join our team and help businesses thrive through technology.
What You’ll Do
As a Level II Technician, you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to:
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 support, including:
Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP/DNS
Office 365/Exchange Online administration
Network devices (firewalls, switches, routers)
Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
Perform desktop migrations, system upgrades, and patch management
Configure and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
Use PowerShell and other tools for automation and diagnostics
Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
Participate in on-call rotation and scheduled on-site visits
Communicate clearly with clients and maintain high satisfaction scores
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in a technical support or MSP environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking fundamentals
Experience with RMM tools, ticketing systems, and documentation platforms
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
