Job Description

POSITION:     JR. FINANCIAL ANALYST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.       Processing journal entries to properly book transactions

2.       Assist in Balance Sheet reconciliations

3.       Assist in preparation of month-end Management reporting packages

4.       Assist in the analysis of month to month variations

5.       Assist in Physical inventory stock takes

6.       Assist in management of capital expenditures

7.       Assist in other Controlling functions and projects as assigned

8.       Perform ad hoc analysis and reports

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1.       Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

2.       Minimum 2 years general accounting experience

3.       Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

4.       JD Edwards experience a plus

5.       US GAAP working knowledge

6.       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

7.       85% English communication (verbal and written) required and Spanish a benefit
