    We are a well-established Non-Profit healthcare organization based in Greenville, FL that offers employees the support and understanding you would expect from top-rated management. We are searching for a passionate MSW Art Therapist to join our growing team.

    The Company: We are a behavioral health organization that provides quality patient care for adults who are experiencing a mental, emotional, or substance use crisis including that of PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, etc. Work with a strong team of Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrists, LCSWs, etc.!

    The Position: We are seeking an MSW with art therapy experience and offer the following compensation package:

    • $50,000 to $60,000+ Salary (Based on Experience)
    • W2 Position
    • 10 Days of PTO

    Requirements:

    • Florida Master’s level licensure (MSW) or Registered Intern working toward LCSW required
    • Training or certification in art therapy required
    • Experience working with adults with mental health and/or substance use diagnoses required
    • Experience with individual, group, or family therapy sessions required; other clinical experience will be considered
    • Experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred

    Responsibilities:

    • Full Time opportunity Monday through Friday (8am - 5pm)
    • Provide art therapy sessions for individuals and groups, addressing mental health and substance use issues
    • Integrate art therapy into treatment plans and work closely with the treatment team to support patient goals
    • Participate in treatment team meetings, integrating feedback from medical and therapeutic staff into patient care
    • Complete documentation in a timely manner in accordance with site policy and participate in insurance reviews
    • Support patients and families in understanding the therapeutic process and developing treatment goals
    • Utilize art-based interventions to help patients explore emotions, develop coping strategies, and improve well-being
    • Additional responsibilities may be required
