MSW Pediatric Clinician Pre-Licensure Full-Time Taunton, MA

    Location: Taunton, MA (In-Person)

Start Your Clinical Career With The Support You Deserve

Beginning your career as a therapist can feel overwhelming—and too often, new clinicians are expected to “figure it out” while managing a full caseload.

At Community Empowerment Services (CES), we’ve intentionally built a different model.

We are seeking a Master’s-level Social Worker (MSW) to join our interdisciplinary outpatient team in Taunton. This role is specifically designed for pediatric-focused clinicians who are early in their careers and working toward LICSW licensure, with structured support every step of the way.

A Thoughtful Transition from Student to Clinician

All new MSW clinicians at CES participate in a structured training and supervision experience designed to bridge the gap between graduate education and real-world clinical practice.

    Our program includes:

    Consistent, high-quality LICSW supervision

Ongoing clinical training and case-based learning

Support with applying clinical knowledge in real-time sessions

Guidance on documentation, diagnosis, and treatment planning

A gradual, supported transition into a full caseload

You will not be expected to have all the answers on day one. Our goal is to help you build confidence, competence, and a strong clinical foundation in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Importantly, supervision and mentorship continue beyond Independent Licensure, as part of our long-term commitment model to clinician development.

    Why Community Empowerment Services (CES)?

Community Empowerment Services (CES) is a patient-centered outpatient behavioral health practice committed to high-quality, ethical mental health care and long-term professional growth for clinicians.

With three offices across Massachusetts, CES brings together a multidisciplinary team of therapists and psychiatric nurse practitioners working collaboratively to support the diverse needs of our clients.

CES is also a clinical teaching practice, partnering with local universities to train and mentor the next generation of clinicians.

As our practice continues to thrive, we are expanding our team of clinicians who are looking to build sustainable and meaningful careers.

Our mission is to empower the community one person at a time, and we take that commitment seriously in everything we do—including how we support our clinicians.
