Job Description
- Develop a sales process for the company
- Grow business with existing shell construction clients
- Generate new business/sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals
- Harvest construction leads and implement a sales lead strategy for future growth
- Seek out and develop new relationships within the light commercial and residential track home/custom/semi-custom construction communities
- Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project
- Work with the Estimating and Purchasing Teams to deliver documents on time, such as construction bids, customer proposals, change orders, etc.
- Review construction bids for quality control. Bids should be consistent and error-free
- Achieve/exceed targeted new calls per month within a specified territory
- Familiar with architectural/engineering specifications, construction design elements, and shell construction process
- Inspect, scope, photograph, and uncover insights for the pre-bid process
- Maintain acceptable profit margins
- Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information
- Follow up on all outstanding RFPs and estimates with clients
- Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided
Territory: Central Florida along the I-4 corridor from Lakeland to Daytona Beach. Then I-95 north to Jacksonville and south to Port St, Lucie.
Individuals must be a road warrior and have a high drive for individual growth.
Salary: Negotiable and Based on Experience
