A case load will be assigned and appropriatedocumentation must be completed timely as required by companyprocesses and procedures.EducationRequirementsGraduation from anaccredited senior high school or equivalent or GED is required. Must have a letter of registration as a CounselorIntern from the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS),or current valid certification as Certified Criminal JusticeProfessional Applicant Status (CCJP-A) as approved by the TexasCertification Board of AddictionProfessionals. A valid driver’s license in the state of Texaswith an acceptable driving record is also required, unless waivedby management.Selected applicants must obtain a Licensed ClinicalDependency Counselor (LCDC) license or a Certified Criminal JusticeProfessional (CCJP) certification within five (5) years from thedate of their registration as a Counselor Intern or CCJP-A. Mustsign a Credential Contingency Agreement that will remain in effectonly until the initially established expiration date. Failure tocomply with this contingency statement will result in separationfrom employment.
