Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our landscaping team. As an Equipment Operator, you will play a crucial role in executing various landscaping tasks, ensuring efficiency, precision, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating a variety of landscaping equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation:
• Operate and maintain a range of landscaping equipment, including but not limited to tractors, mowers, skid-steers, excavators, and other relevant machinery.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Landscaping Tasks:
• Execute landscaping tasks such as grading, sod installation, irrigation system installation, and excavation in accordance with project specifications.
• Use equipment to transport and distribute materials, plants, and other landscaping supplies.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while operating equipment and performing landscaping tasks.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, accidents, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the landscaping team to ensure seamless coordination and completion of projects.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and other team members.
• Quality Control:
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality in all landscaping tasks.
• Pay attention to detail and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Equipment Operator in the landscaping or construction industry.
• Proficiency in operating a variety of landscaping equipment.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
